Using the “Yamada Nishiki” formula, this sake is known as the Japanese wine as elegant as water. Daiginjo-type sake is often prized as any brewery’s top shelf product due to its labor intensity and small production quantity. This Daiginjo has a delicate and pale taste with a very rich aroma.
