ASAHARA Sasanami Lemon Sour
Asahara Sasanami Lemon Sour is a 25% ABV homemade shochu liquor blended with lemon juice. An authentic Japanese cocktail sour that is usually served at a bar or tavern, can be easily made by adding soda water. The recommended ratio is 4: 1 soda water and lemon sour.
The mouthfeel is fresh, with a good balance between acidity and sweetness, making is a great pairing with serving. Putting a few slices of fresh lemon can increase the aroma and acidity. Best served cold.
