HAYAMA Malt Whisky

Hayama Malt Whisky is aged in sherry cask with slightly peated malt. A mild, drinkable expression, featuring notes of cherry, oak, and earth.

Tasting Note:

A selection of desserts, apple and cherry crumble, caramel.
Sherry note that came across with dried cherries, alongside a thick creamy vanilla and macadamia nuts on the palate.
A soft peat that swells towards the finish and then lingers with a beautiful serenity, Beautifully crafted and delicately balanced.
