HIDEYOSHI Junmai Umeshu (Plum Wine)
Made with green plums carefully hand washed. The plums are then steeped in Hideyoshi’s Junmai Genshu sake minimum of three years giving the umeshu a deep, rich flavor not found in other Umeshu. This excellent plum wine has a premium taste, superior balance, and a calm and mellow flavor.
