SHINOBU Whisky Highball

The SHINOBU Whisky Highball combines SHINOBU Mizunara Oak finished whisky and crisp soda, for a gorgeous and balanced taste. This is world’s first highball RTD by using Mizunara oak finished whisky, making it special existence in the category with true Japanese style. This RTD is inspired by the handmade highball cocktail from Japanese top bartenders by mixing chilled Shinobu Whisky with ice and ice-cold, highly carbonated soda water.

Tasting Note
Nose: A refreshing burst of carbonation releasing elegant sandalwood and incense aromas, followed by subtle hints of vanilla and citrus zest.
Palate: Crisp and vibrantly bubbly. A delicate balance of mellow malt sweetness and the distinctive spiciness of Mizunara oak, accompanied by a clean, refreshing mouthfeel.
Finish: Dry and sophisticated. A lingering, gentle woody scent with a touch of floral honey that leaves the palate revitalized.
